Trace the pattern on the felt or Fun Foam with the permanent marker. Cut the long band out up to the flower. Cut around the flower petals being careful to leave the two petals attached to the band.

Cut a slit in the center of the flower area the size of your button. .

With needle and thread stitch the button to the end of the band. Wrap the band around the folded napkin and button it in place.

Option: make the flowers from many colors of felt or foam or match the flowers in the centerpiece for a festive table.
