Favor Place Card

Materials:
Cardstock in colors of your choice
Pattern
Stickers in design of choice
Scissors
Glue stick
Permanent marker for names
Printer

Instructions:

Print out the pattern on card stock. Cut out box shape. Cut on the red lines and crease on all the black lines. Write the name on the handle and decorate with the stickers.

Fold the box gluing the tabs in place. Use the favors as place cards filling with treats or small gifts.

Option: After creasing the fold lines allow the children to decorate their own favors.
