Ingredients:

1 Fresh sliced peach

6 Strawberries

2 Strawberries with stems left on

1 large scoop vanilla ice cream

7 UP

Blender or food processor

Chilled tall glasses

Long handled spoon

Instructions:

Place the sliced peach, strawberries and ice cream in the blender and pulse until smooth.

Divide between 2 tall glasses and slowly add 7 Up. Serve with the spoon and a stemmed strawberry on top.
