Strawberry Lemon Parfait

Ingredients


1 1/2 tsp. lemon zest
1 cup Cool Whip - thawed
2 cups fresh Strawberries - sweetened to taste
8 Vanilla waffle cookies
4 tall dessert glasses

Instructions:

Clean and slice berries, sweeten to taste. Fold lemon zest into thawed Cool Whip. Layer the strawberries and Cool Whip into 4 dessert glasses. Begin with strawberries then Cool Whip and repeat making a total of 4 layers in each glass.

Chill until serving. Place 2 waffle cookies in top of each glass just before serving.

Serves 4
