Wrap your blue felt and overlap a half inch gluing in place. Glue the smaller pompon on top of the larger pompon. Glue the two wiggle eyes on the smaller pompon. Glue a snippet of the red ribbon for a mouth annd the orange felt triangle or black bead for his nose. Place the length of ribbon around the neck and tie in a single knot. Glue the blue beads down the front of the larger pompon for his buttons. Glue the Snowman on the felt covering the joint. Allow to dry completely. Use a red, white or blue napkin inserted through the loop.

You can write the name on the strips of felt with a permanent marker if using it as a place card.
