These little paper flower baskets are hung in your Christmas tree to show good wishes for the coming year.

Materials:

Either a rectangle of construction paper colors of your choice
or a round paper doily
8" of narrow ribbon up to 3/8" wide
White craft glue
Small dried or silk flowers

Instructions:

Fold the rectangle in half. Place it with the fold facing you and bring the two corners in to the center. This will form a triangle with an extra cuff. Fold the cuff down on each side. Punch a hole in the two ends inserting the ribbon and tying it off. Dip your flower stems in craft glue and arrange them inside the little basket. Hang them on the tree or share them with your friends.
