Fun Foam or Felt Paper Doll This doll is meant as a project for children. Provide the pattern or cut out doll and the other supplies and let the kids (both boys and girls) design their own fantasy character. You can make up kits or just put everything out and let them "do it their way".
Materials:
Using the pattern trace the basic doll on the material of your choice and cut it out. Using the permanent markers draw in the features. Apply hair using yarn or doll hair and white craft glue. . Sew the buttons one on the front of each shoulder backed by the one on the back. The buttons will be used to button the main dress or shirt onto the doll and keep the strain off the doll figure itself. When the top of the costume has been designed cut two slits that fit over the buttons by first coating the area of the buttonhole with white craft glue. When dry cut your buttonholes and the glue with retard fraying. Apply the Tack it Over and Over type glue to the bits and pieces of fabric and trims you are using decorate the clothing. Allow it to dry. When completely dry you can apply the clothing to the doll and replace it to change the design of the wardrobe. If you are giving this as a Valentine gift carefully sign your name on the back of the doll and place it in an envelope with the assorted clothing or the material for the kids to make their own clothes..

Using the heart shape punch or scissors cut out or punch out several hearts. If you have more than one heart punch or other designs you may also use a few of those. With the scissors cut from the outside into the punch out areas and from one punch out to another to cut your puzzle in different shaped pieces. House Ornament There is an old German custom that to have a happy home you will need twelve items on your Christmas tree. By the end of this year we will have given you instructions on how to make these twelve items. Each item has a different meaning and the meanings will be included. The first item is a house to show protection of the family.
