Ingredients:

6" flour tortillas

Sliced lunch meat

Softened Cream Cheese or Cheese Whiz

Pickle spears (sweet or dill pickle)

Mustard or sandwich spread

waxed paper, plastic wrap or aluminum foil

Knife

Instructions:

Place the flour tortillas on a piece of waxed paper, plastic wrap or aluminum foil, spread with the cheese of your choice. Place a slice of lunch meat on the cheese and spread with mustard or sandwich spread. Place the pickle spear at the edge of the stack and roll tightly. Wrap in wax paper, plastic wrap or aluminum foil and refrigerate until ready to serve. These can be made ahead of time.

At serving time slice each rollup into 2" lengths. Arrange on a plate and serve with cut pieces of fruit and a drink.
