Materials:

Kitchen Kaddie
Plaid Simply Stencils #28211 (fish and sea life)
Several real shells
Flat back marbles
Gesso
Foam brush and paint brushes
Small piece of sponge
Acrylic paints in colors of your choice

Instructions:

Paint the entire Kaddie with Gesso (note: you may add the base color paint to the Gesso or use Gesso as a base coat and then paint as shown in the picture). Allow to dry thoroughly. Glue the larger shell on the front of the handle. You can add smaller shells on the top as you like. Stencil and paint the sea horse. You may use the fish on that stencil or copy the tropical fish in the picture. Paint them using colors of your choice.

On the lower right hand side of the Kaddie use pieces of torn sponge to daub with different colors to make the sea plants. On the lower left paint tubes of coral and in the space above them glue your flat back marbles to look like bubbles coming from the coral. Paint strings of seaweed with dots along them to fill in. Add a few more seashells along the lower lip of the Kaddie.
