Place the paper decorative sided own on the work surface. Peel
off the protective backing from the magnet and place it, sticky
side down, on the back of your decorative paper. Smooth in place.
Cut around the outside edge of the magnet trimming the paper
to fit.
Draw a rectangle about 2 1/2" high by 3 1/2" wide centered on
your magnet. Use your scissors to make a nick* and then cut around
the drawn rectangle to remove the center leaving a frame. .
Put a small amount of crafting glue onto the piece of scrap
paper. Using the tweezers, dip one pearl bead into the glue and
place about 1/8" from the edge of the cutout area of the frame.
Repeat placing the pearls in a straight row circling the opening
in the magnetic frame. Allow to dry completely. .
Magnet will hold 3" x 5" or wallet size photo. .
*Using scissors, bend the magnet slightly and make a small cut
in the magnet, in the center of the frame. Insert your scissors
and cut around the inside (pane) of the frame. .
Option: Have a grown up using the craft knife, place the magnet
on a cutting board or piece of cardboard and cut out the center
of the frame.
